Our current programs—

SEL Yoga

Yoga is a classic mindful movement activity. We blend it seamlessly with social and emotional exercises for a holistic experience of body and mind.

Bring the benefits of SEL and Yoga to your school or community group. Our trained SEL facilitators lead yoga classes designed by Breathe for Change which guide students through a journey of reflection, movement, and self-exploration. This program is popular with primary schools, and but is suitable for older kids, young adults, and adults too! [Ages 6+]
