Quick update on some changes at Aerial Equanimity as we prepare for the 2022 year.
We will be moving to an online waiver system. This means come January 1st, everyone will need to fill out a new waiver. The Youth Waiver and the Adult Waiver are both live, so you can get ahead of the curve and complete this now if you would like.
We are rolling out our new financial aid evaluation system, spearheaded by our new Charitable Services Application. Everyone wishing to access or to continue to access services or financial aid through Aerial Equanimity’s charitable programs MUST fill out this form. It is live now, and you are encouraged to fill it out at your earliest convenience. Disbursements per the new system will begin in February 2022.
We have been using Acuity scheduling for a while now, but many still forget to sign up for classes. We would like to remedy this, because it is common that nobody will sign up for a class that several students will show up for. This is a friendly reminder that if you don’t sign up for class, and nobody else does either, then there is no guarantee that there will be a teacher at the studio to teach that class.
For those who struggle with Acuity, there is a new Walkthrough available to help guide you through the process The walkthrough is now outdated due to the reversion of recent changes to the scheduling page. A new walkthrough will be available soon.
